Yes. Couples intending to register their marriage under the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) in Singapore are required to attend an MUIS-approved Marriage Preparation Programme (MPP) before they can solemnise their marriage, unless they qualify for an exemption (e.g. based on age or prior completion). Cinta Abadi is one such MUIS and ROMM-approved programme that fulfils this requirement.
The online Islamic marriage course is the e-learning version of the Cinta Abadi Marriage Preparation Programme, allowing couples to complete the required modules conveniently from home at their own pace. It covers essential topics such as communication, financial planning, emotional readiness, and Islamic values for marriage, with the same MUIS and ROMM accreditation as the in-person course, so it is fully recognised toward fulfilling the marriage registration requirement.
